I have a couple of business matters we -note we, that means you and me, Baby - must attend to. First off, have you checked out the family data base to make sure we aren't mistaken about you? We want all addresses, e-mail addresses and such to be correct.
Have you noticed the other blog sites, namely Debbie and Rob's, to the right of the screen. How about sending me yours or your loved one's and I'll add them to the list.
I don't want Kerie and Deb to die of exhaustion commenting. How about helping them out by sending in your comments.
Goodnight and love you all, Mom/Grandma

This just in from Jon Seagle
How did Heather celebrate Thanksgiving?
We were blessed with the presence of Heather in the Amend home on Thanksgiving. In turn, she was blessed by the presence and body weight of three little girls. Each time she sat, at least one of them was on her lap, even "helped" her with her needle point. Do you notice? She looks very happy in this picture.
Newspaper Man
Here is Ben plying his trade. He is on the cutting edge of a (ahem) career. Does this make anyone out there in cyberspace think of his/her newspaper days? Or A&W?

LIVE FROM CINCINNATI
Click on the video and enjoy. Will you please murmur "bleep" over Ben's comment on the stuffing. Actually, this video shows the ten of us - Amends, Dad and I and Heather - having a very delicious Thanksgiving meal which included a flavorful and fattening sweet potato dish, the recipe for which I hope Deb sends me, so I can post it here. As you may have figured out already, this video shows how we celebrated Thanksgiving Day. It doesn't include the games we played. (Outburst and Monkey Measure.) At the end of the day, we had a gazillion more things to be thankful for.

The Return of Grandma's Gazette
Grandma's Gazette returns!
Having died in September of 2000, Grandma's Gazette is being reborn as a blog. It stopped, after 7-1/2 years of publication, when Grandpa placed all pertinent information on a family web page, but, hey, unlike our website, this blog is free, private (since no search engine can locate it), instantaneous and saves on postage and printer expenses. I especially like the instantaneous part - no stale information! So remember to tune into:
http://grandmagazette.blogspot.com.
I'll send you an e-mail after each new posting.Do you remember our family motto "We all all stick together like Velcro."? (Did I hear someone snicker out there?) Okay, so it's corny, but it has held true. No matter what has or will happen, we're still part of the same clan and continue to love each other.
However, I'm hoping to keep you informed of many happy events (not troubles), like the one we had with the Amends and Heather in Cincinnati on Thanksgiving Day, but that's another posting. As a beginning blogger, this page is all I can handle for now.
See you in the next posting, xoxoxo, Grandma for Grandpa and me
